Words on Number One album.

Karl Jenkins's latest album, Requiem, has reached Number One in the Classical Music charts. The album features a striking modern translation of the mass in Latin and Japanese.

It also contains a recording of 'In These Stones Horizons Sing', which was commissioned for the official opening of the Wales Millennium Centre, and which includes a setting of the poem 'Grey / Llwyd' by Grahame Davies, as well as poems by Gwyneth Lewis and Menna Elfyn.

The piece is performed by Bryn Terfel and the former royal harpist, Catrin Finch, and a full choir.
