Islam Awareness Week lecture.

On February 24, Grahame Davies delivered a lecture in the UK Seminar series of the Centre for the Study of Islam in the UK,, which is part of the School of Religious and Theological Studies at Cardiff University, where he is an Honorary Research Fellow. The lecture was entitled: "The Welsh and the Muslims: contact, coexistence and conflict in nine centuries of literature" and was based on the research which he has been conducting into Welsh-Muslim relations, and which will form the basis of a forthcoming Seren book, a follow-up to his successful 2002 volume on Welsh-Jewish relations, The Chosen People.
