04/08/2016 Llangwm Festival in Pembrokeshire On August 12th, Grahame Davies and Tony Curtis took part in a joint reading at the Llangwm Festival in Pembrokeshire. The Festival notice said: "Tony Curtis and Grahame Davies are two of Wales's leading poets who have collaborated on several projects ranging from responses to the history and natural beauty of Gelligaer Common, to their sumptuous book of poems and photographs Alchemy of Water/ Alcemi Dwr published by Gomer in 2013. "They are currently working on poems to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the Aberfan disaster. Grahame will read a selection from Lightning Beneath the Sea and new poems; while Tony will read from his Real South Pembrokeshire, and From the Fortunate Isles: New & Selected Poems to be published in October and will include premiere a recent poem about the disappeared Pembrokeshire village of Pwllcrochan. Tony's family include Barrahs and Thomases and has Tally Ho farm in Llangwm as one of his roots in the county." Further details are here.
