Scientists perform 'Song of the Ocean'

A choir of scientists performed a specially- commissioned work by Paul Mealor, to words by Grahame Davies as part of a major international project to celebrate the work of science in protecting the marine environment.

The commissioned work, 'Song of the Ocean'  was performed as part of the honorary degree ceremony at the University of Aberdeen on January 14th in the presence of The Duchess of Rothesay (the official title of The Duchess of Cornwall in Scotland) and The Princess Royal.
